Deblin Design offers the following Shipping and Return Policy: SHIPPING
We always strive to ship within 2 business days of the order being placed. However, at times when we are extra busy, please allow time for us to ship the order
We will ship all items by UPS or USPS. The ship time from Ohio can range from 1 to 5 business days depending on your location. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select is available at your special request, please call our shop for these options 614-833-3803.
Our shipping costs are the actual cost charged to us. There is no handling fee. The shipping rate will be based on the lowest UPS or USPS rates. To calculate the exact amount we must know the exact weight and shipping location, including zip code. We do this our way so there is no "padding the cost" passed on to you.
RETURNS
If an item is not to your complete satisfaction we will gladly accept your return. Please call us first so we can give you a "Return Order Number". Just put it in a box and ship it back. The cost of the return shipping belongs to the customer, but that amount will be credited and be applied to your next order.
